I am particularly interested in working with individuals that are seeking anger management, as well as victims and perpetrators of domestic abuse. In conjunction with providing outpatient psychotherapy services, I also co-facilitate the men’s Domestic Abuse Intervention Program (DAIP) groups that the clinic offers and conduct diagnostic assessments for individuals looking to establish ARMHS at both the Behavioral Health Clinic and Hope Community Support Program. I frequently take a cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) approach and also have training in dialectical behavior therapy (DBT). In 2015, I transitioned into the outpatient realm by providing Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services (ARMHS) for individuals prior to beginning my work as a psychotherapist for Catholic Charities in January 2018.
